Dear Andy,

Sailing Federation of Ukraine has raised an issue of the regattas in Crimea to be considered on the latest WS Board meeting. Russian Optimist Cadet and Zoom8 Classes Championship starts today and it is expedient to inform the sailing community about the sanctions applied by WS to the participants and race officials of the above mentioned prohibited sailing events.
I kindly ask you to inform us about the decision taken by the Board in this matter and inform all interested parties about this decision.
